Thirteenth Sun Kitchen

Thirteenth Sun Kitchen is dedicated to fermentation education, offering hands-on classes that explore the art and science of fermentation. We also collaborate with local restaurants to create unique ferments by repurposing ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, striving to close the gap on food waste. In addition, we bring fermentation to the community through pop-ups that showcase these unique, fermented flavors.
